SHIPPING

All goods are dispatched via Australia Post.  You can select form the following options:

• ordinary post, the standard unregistered postal service; or
• express post satchel.

We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in the post.  If you have not received delivery of items sent via Express Post, please contact us and we will supply you with the consignment number of your parcel.

Delivery Time (standard stock items)

If items are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day your order is placed, if placed before 12.00pm.  If your order is placed after 12.00pm then the items will be dispatched the following business day.

Standard stock items not in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of the order date.

Delivery Time - Made to Order Dancewear from our Standard Dancewear Catalogue

Delivery time for made to order dancewear from our catalogue is 4-6 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Time - BJP Made to Order Leotards

RETURNS

We are happy to exchange standard goods for other items in stock, provided:

• It is within seven 7 days of receiving your goods
• The goods have not been worn, the packaging is intact and tags have not been removed.

There is no exchange or refund available on made to order dancewear.
